GREVO is a personal development platform built and operated by Sakshyam Bastakoti, based in Kathmandu, Nepal. Contact: grevosys@gmail.com.

When you sign up, submit a form, or create an account on GREVO, we may collect:

• Your name — so we can address you properly
• Your email address — so we can deliver the guide and follow up
• Google account information — if you choose to sign in with Google (display name, email, profile photo)
• Questions you submit — via the FAQ contact form
• Reviews you write — if you leave a review on the Reviews page

We do not collect payment information directly (any future payments will be handled by a third-party processor). We do not collect location data, device fingerprints, or tracking cookies beyond what Firebase and EmailJS require to function.

Your information is used exclusively for:

• Sending you The Loop Report and future GREVO content you opted into
• Responding to questions you send through the FAQ form
• Notifying you when GREVO Inner launches (if you joined the waitlist)
• Maintaining your account if you created one

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for any purpose beyond what's listed here.

GREVO uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Firebase (Google) — for user authentication and storing lead data in Firestore. Firebase's privacy policy applies: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• EmailJS — for sending transactional emails. EmailJS's privacy policy: emailjs.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Netlify — for hosting this website. Netlify's privacy policy: netlify.com/privacy
• Google Fonts — for typography. Google's privacy policy applies to font loading.

These services may process your data on their own infrastructure. GREVO does not control their practices beyond what those privacy policies describe.

Your name and email are stored in Firebase Firestore until you request deletion. We do not automatically delete data on a fixed schedule, but we will remove it promptly on request. Reviews you post publicly remain visible until you delete them through the Reviews page (you can edit or delete your own review after signing in).

You have the right to:

• Access — ask what data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data entirely
• Opt-out — stop receiving emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email from us

To exercise any of these rights, email grevosys@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Request." We will respond within 7 days.

GREVO is intended for people of all ages, including teenagers. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted data without consent, contact us at grevosys@gmail.com and we will delete it immediately.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. If you are a registered member, we will notify you by email. Continued use of GREVO after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
